Staff genuinely excellent, helpful with wifi and ordering take away, comfortable beds, close to the airport.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel was relatively close to the airport and offered easy access for travelers. the staff were helpful and friendly and were always willing to accommodate our needs. Lastly, the hotel had a lovely pool area which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather.

The lack of an elevator was a major inconvenience as we had to carry our heavy bags up several flights of stairs. the location of the hotel was quite far from the main attractions in the area, making it difficult to explore the city without expensive taxi or transportation costs.

The newly opened establishment boasts clean and well-appointed rooms with just the right balance of comfort in the mattresses. The attentive staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and convenient. They even allowed us to connect to their staff wifi for a stronger internet connection during an important Zoom interview. Additionally, they assisted us in ordering take-away meals and provided helpful information about the local area. The hotel's location near the airport was an added bonus for our travels. I appreciated the manager, Wit, who was fluent in English and always made sure we had everything we needed. The presence of a 7-11 convenience store in front of the hotel was also quite convenient.

I will mention a few minor drawbacks during my stay at Loft 202. there was no elevator in our section, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs.
